I went in for Covid test and didn’t expect for the PA to also examine me and discuss my symptoms but he did. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful. Covid test was negative but got a prescription to help my upper respiratory infection symptoms. That was above and beyond service, especially since I was only expecting a Covid test. Thank you.

The staff were really nice and were very quick/efficient. I waited about an hour and a half with 4 people in front of me, which isn’t terrible but was worried due to breathing issues. Either way, this urgent care overall was great.

I scheduled an appointment online It worked out perfectly I was going for covid testing which I suspected and I was extremely impressed on how they handled it I was concerned that that if I had it I didn't want to infect anyone they handled it appropriately I got to enter and leave through the back They of course were wearing proper PPE to protect themselves They had wonderful bedside manner not once did I feel uncomfortable I'm going to tell everyone about their professionalism and in my opinion it's the only place to use Is in these situations

Wait times was deplorable. I had made appointment on line and the walk-ins were going ahead of me. I had active miserable symptoms of COVID and I waited 1 1/2 hours. That was wrong! I have to say, the staff was super. Susan and her assistant were as nice as they could be.

Told me it was going to be a 3 hr wait, which I was fine with. Was seen within an hour. The front desk was helpful and polite. The nurse was very nice and helped me with a paper I forgot to bring. The doctor was very caring, and got my meds to the pharmacy very quickly. Will definitely be returning for urgent care needs.

My son hurt his arm in PE. The check in process was simple. The wait time was less than the normal ER. The provider was friendly ,efficient and knowledgeable . I would definitely recommend the provider. And the supporting staff were friendly and helpful.

I was so shaken by the fever of my infant and didn’t know where to turn. I was able to book an appointment with Urgent care and so glad I did. I absolutely loved the nurses and nurse practitioner that was on staff. From the receptionist and her pleasant manner made me feel easier being at the urgent care. You always hear about these places “being unprofessional” but this particular one will be the one I always go to for an emergency if the time frame and importance of the matter can’t be resolved at my children’s PCP. If the staff can read this message. From the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate everything you guys did for me yesterday during the challenging time when dealing with my infant. I left knowing so much more than what I came in. Thank you for sharing your gift with my family and know you will be a blessing to others. Kudos to you!!
