Wow what a wonderful experience. Just need to get a PCR test and they were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The two welcoming faces at the front desk. Staff was great. I was very disappointed to find out that my insurance will be charged for a full visit when I all needed was a COVID test. I am asymptomatic and needed the test for a volunteer medical training seminar. I was unable to get the test a Walgreens due to my work schedule. It’s a shame that the higher level administration is taking advantage of patients’ personal insurance companies.

I went there with my 3yr old son...we had been sick for 10 days with no relief. The front desk staff was so sweet and kind with my son. They made him feel comfortable from the get go. When the nurse took us to our room same thing. Very patient and kind with my son...they were kind to me as well ofcourse. I do feel the Dr kinda rushed us through but it is an Urgent Care and they have many patients to see. He was very fun and made jokes with my son to keep him comfortable. Overall great experience. Was my son's first time visiting a Dr office that wasn't at his pediatricians office and he said he had fun! Thank you guys!

Check-in was easy and the office staff was very nice. Waited about an hour to meet with the Doctor and the nurse. Doctor did say I would have to go to a foot doctor to address my foot problem since Urgent Care did not have the equipment to do what was needed.

Convenient, near by. The directions to get to the back door were a bit confusing. I would recommend that the directions to get to the back entrance be changed to something like: Go around the side of the Sportsman Bar and grill to the back of the strip mall. Watch on your left and you will see the "Walk-ins Welcome" sign. We will meet you outside of Suite 104 "Employees Entrance" to Urgent Care.

The doctor was very experienced in stitching up my smashed finger. I hope the healing process will be as good as the stitching process. The staff was super friendly, the doctor was energetic and happy even after such a long day and so many patients. It just was a long wait even with a scheduled appointment. Although we showed up an hour and a half early thinking it would help keep our place in line to no avail. We checked in online and it was very convenient. The sports physical was a flat fee and economical. I would recommend this location and will be back if needed.

Waited one hour even though we had an appointment. Got into the room and had the vitals etc. done, then waited another 20 minutes or the provider. Not his fault, way too many patients and no other providers on staff. Need better staffing. Also, probably need better training on doing the eye test. We were there for a sports physical and the eye test they did showed severe vision problems, which we thought was odd. Went to our optometrist the next day for an exam and vision test was perfectly normal. Need some better system for people to wait if they have Covid symptoms. We were not there for Covid, but many others were. They were, appropriately, asked to wait outside or in their vehicles. Problem was they were waiting out there for 2+ hours. It was a really hot day. So they were in their cars roasting or with air-conditioning on and running their vehicles. Contributing to pollution and global warming. There has to be a better system than that.

Doctor and nurses in the back were amazing. Front desk workers were really rude. They asked me if I was "actually sick". Three prescriptions later, you tell me. Lady in the front with bright red hair was really rude and was too focused on ordering her Chipotle Doordash order yo answer any of my questions. So disappointing.
