The staff was very nice and caring with my grandfather. He tested positive for Covid and they made sure we had all the information we needed to be able to help him get through this.
The doctor and nurse were very kind and I felt like my grandpa was in good hands
I booked my nasal swab test ahead of time so it would go smoothly. I got there 10 minutes til my appointment time. The staff had me wait in my car and wait for the nurse to call me. I waited for 5 minutes, nurse called.
All total my appointment lasted 30 minutes.
I always have a great experience at this Urgent Care. The staff is courteous and kind and the provider is always kind and listens to my concerns and symptoms. I appreciate the level of care I receive here.
I love the staff at access Medical in Claremore. They go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the wait time and how they move people thru. I was there 1 1/2 hours for 3 test that totaled in time 20 mins. I was 20 minutes early and still took this long with appt. So that’s the only issue.
Dr was compassionate, friendly, listened all the drs at the Skiatook location are the very best always. In my opinion Skiatook Access Urgent Care Is Number 1. I love them. Secretaries also professional kind and just great
Short wait time, friendly staff, ability to book ahead with great messages and use of online/tech resources!! One of the best urgent care experiences I've had, and being a Mom of 4 boys, that means something!!
I was very pleased with the care! The nice thing was seeing me without an appointment. I believe I was given very important information re:my cough. I appreciate giving the Covid test and diagnoses.
Came in feeling very bad, getting a covid test, tested positive, the staff was wonderful and I left feeling relieved. Made me feel good to know my lungs are still sounding healthy and I should be better soon.
I love being able to book online and I can sit in my vehicle till they are ready for me. I’ve gone to access urgent care for years always have a good experience.
I had an appointment for today 2:30 but didn’t get to a room until 3:10. Other than that, the staff and doctor were great. Very quick and to the point. The lady that did my CoVid test was very careful which I appreciated. I have always had good luck at Access.
The level of care at this urgent care is great and I always have a comfortable experience. The practitioner and the rest of the staff are always friendly and caring.
I made appointment on line then checked in on line. Went in had a 5 min wait. Listen to my symptoms tested and called in prescription. Done in 20 minutes
This is my favorite place to get care! The staff are kind and knowledgeable and the exam rooms are clean. However, the wait times since COVID have been a nightmare. They switched to all walk-ins now having to schedule an appointment time. They run out of slots so quickly that when I booked through solv somewhere between 3-5am, the earliest available appointment time was already 4pm! Also the ladies at the front desk used to be very nice but they are very rude now idk if they are overwhelmed or what but they aren’t as kind as they were pre COVID lol and that stinks when you already don’t feel good. The bathroom at the front was super dirty during our visit. Also, there should be more than just 1 bathroom out front. The water fountain is blocked off and they are charging $2.75 for literally the cheapest bottle water in existence! It isn’t even Aquafina or Dasani. This place has been a nightmare ever since COVID. We spent 3 hours there and 2 of those hours were spent waiting for care even though we scheduled online and we were on time, they were behind so we had to wait.
Dr. Hunt was very friendly and informative. Appreciated his advise and care. Will definitely go to this clinic again when I am visiting from out of town if I have another need for Urgent Care.
What a great Phlebotomist. Super friendly, and most importantly the blood draw was completely painless. Also, she was able to provide me with information on how to get my results.
I like to come here when I have sinus infection/bronchitis. Can get in same day unlike my regular doctor.
I have recommended this urgent care to family and friends..
I booked my appt online as early as I could in the day.

Doctor couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong and pretty much guessed at the whole thing. So wasn't much help with something I've been dealing with for 3 weeks

I came in for what I thought was a stomach bug but had other symptoms. The doctor did not confirm or come back after seeing me. I hoped he would confirm and tell me the following steps if I did not improve.

The place needs a thorough cleaning. The bathroom was disgusting. The exam room did not appear to have been cleaned after the last patient. I don’t think the level of sanitation is acceptable for a medical facility.

Receptionist was very accommodating. Tech was very pleasant and caring. Medical person was another story. After tech had stabilized my injury to my arm the nurse came in and told her to wrap it. We were led to believe she would return and continue treatment. We waited for her for about an hour. We actually saw her at her computer doing something during that time. After about an hour she came in with a bottle of saline, some gauze and tape and told us to go home and rewrap it once each day and return in three days for a recheck. I had torn a portion of my skin off on my right arm. She never looked at it again, cleaned the wound nor applied any antiseptics. My wife and I were quite disappointed with her. We felt like she really didn’t want to be bothered and was just wanting us to go. I have a follow up appointment scheduled and if she’s the one I have to deal with I will go to another Urgent Care location or the ER at the hospital.

Great care. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Linda Robertson was phenomenal. She remained calm and reassuring even when telling me I broke my knee. I definitely recommend Access Medical Centers!

My daughter woke up with a rash yesterday morning. I booked her an appointment. We did not have to wait long before being taken to a room. The nurse was incredibly friendly and even gave me some tips for getting meds down a kid who has a hard time taking medicines. The doctor diagnosed her with contact dermatitis. She sent meds to the pharmacy. When I picked the medicine up the bottle stated to take 1 pill 4 times every day with food. This was odd to me because the last time my daughter had this medication she was given a large dose which was gradually weaned down. Also, there were 21 pills in the bottle, seemed odd that the bottle didn't specify to take only one pill on the 6th day, since that would have been all that was left. I called my daughters pcp, who I trust, and she advised she would not have ordered that medication to be dosed in the manner the urgent care doctor had prescribed. After sending our pcp pictures and the papers from Access, as they had issues getting her record from access, the pcp then called in a different medication and advised to not give my daughter any of the original prescription. I would have normally just went to the pcp, but they had no availability that day. I'm unsure if giving her the medication as prescribed would have caused any issues for my daughter, but I'm glad I had realized something didn't seem right. If it had been her father taking her, he would have never thought anything of it and just given them to our child. For this reason I am unsure about returning to Access Medical Urgent Care.
