Friendly Doctor with great advice would recommend others coming to this urgent care!! Office staff was friendly. It was a busy day after thanksgiving with lots of people coming in we had to wait few hours to be seen. Otherwise very nice, clean and decorative for the holidays

I always get excellent and fast care at the Brighton Urgent Care! I chose this over U of M for the doctors actually listen and are concerned. And I always receive treatment that Works! Not so at the large medical complex. Your location is also very convenient! No parking structures and parking fees to deal with!

I keep coming back to Michigan urgent care and find them to be highly professional and a friendly environment. One improvement would be to grow since it doesn’t make sense to have to “schedule” urgent care.

This was an exceptional experience. Gary Schulte, NP made our visit very beneficial. He immediately identified that we had problems other than a request for a COVID test. We left feeling that someone cared about us and gave us suggestions as to how to handle problems related to our current medical and emotional problems. We were very blessed to have Gary Schulte for this visit.

Doctor Gary Schuldt was an outstanding doctor. He was very nice and friendly and very respectful. He makes you feel like you belong there instead of making you feel like a bother. He took the time to talk to me, listen to me, and he helped me out in anyway he could. What an outstanding doctor. I will definitely be going back to Michigan Urgent Care as long as he’s still working there. Definitely a 5 star experience! Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor and urgent care visit. The front counter staff were very nice and respectful as well! Thank you all for everything you do!

I did not appreciate how the medical assistant came to the waiting room door, called my name, and then announced that she would be doing my drug screen today, with the whole waiting room hearing her say it. Very unprofessional and a violation of my privacy.

I have four and five year old boys. I found the staff to be wonderful with children. My four-year-old specifically has had a bad experience at our pediatricians office and is very scared with medical professionals. I will definitely be back and will recommend.!

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!
