I’ve been twice to this urgent care clinic and Joseph Carter, FNP, is the absolute best. He always makes me feel at ease with his bedside manner and gives the best care possible with his experienced knowledge in the medical field.

Went for covid testing. Did not have to wait very long on my car. PA. Was friendly and answered my questions

Came in for a summer camp physical. No wait. The P.A. Clint Ray was great!

Seemed reluctant to provide a rapid Covid test which I genuinely required. But overall, a good outcome and a good experience

My daughter came in with fever over 100.4 Lots of cough and the did not make her a COVID test or flu or nothing did not checked her ears or throat for infection or something I believe they just wanted to go home the consultation lasted probably 5 minutes

The nurse & front staff were great. However the PA on duty didn’t listen. I had to tell him 4 times the chief complaint for both of my kids & he still couldn’t get it right. Then he ordered a COVID test after I said no & so there was no exposure. Absolutely horrible.

Waiting area was dirty. Dirty/used Kleenex/tissues on floor and chairs. Receptionist wasn’t too friendly PA didn’t have good bedside manner. No eye contact Was very close and Kept looking at my chest. Made me uncomfortable “Prescription “ he gave me were things I can buy over the counter for less money. Immediately wanted to do CoVid test, when I knew it was just sinus infection but wanted to rule out strep throat. It was an okay visit.

All in all the medical staff was great. Came in for a Covid test for travel purposes. When I called to make an appointment for my wife and I, I had to repeat my name several times, the spelling of my wife’s name a few times. As well as both phone numbers several times. I figured maybe the connection wasn’t great. When we arrived I checked in electronically following instructions. Then I got a notification that my appointment was completed. We went inside and I was trying to explain what had happen in the app (same receptionist I spoke to on the phone) and interrupted me and said I was marked as a no show. I showed her my text confirming a 10.30 appointment. This conversation was taking place at 10:08. I tried to explain to her also that my name was misspelled on the text and it was vital that it be correct. She snapped “I’m trying to fix it.” And I responded “I wouldn’t know that because you didn’t communicate that.” She abruptly said “have a seat”. My wife went up to ask her if she corrected the spelling of my name. She responded rudely “I said I fixed it”. I sat and waited and another patient came in and went to the check in desk and said “good morning I’m here for an appointment” she responded with “NAME!” You could tell he was troubled by her rudeness. He gave it and she said “sit over there. The rest of the appointment went as expected. Polite courteous medical staff. When it was time to check out I went back to the same receptionist and she slid the papers over without a word spoken and stood there. For about 30 seconds. I asked her if she needed anything else from me. “Nope” was the only answer I got. I told her to “do better” and left. I called our friends who went right before us. They had a similar experience. I and my wife are white, our friends both white, the other gentleman was white. I feel discriminated against because I am white and the receptionist was not. Additionally she presents as rude, incompetent, insensitive, and is a bad person to have as the customer facing/first impression of this clinic. She is the soul reason I wouldn’t recommend this location. I would like someone to call me.

I wanted to get checked out and get antibiotics. The dr only took temp and gave me covid test. I expected a strep throat test since the only thing that really hurt was throat.

Went there as a workmen’s comp visit. Staff was not friendly or helpful or apologize for their lack of service. Offered me no help getting onto the X-ray table. I had a foot injury and could not use my right foot. Offered no help in even getting into the heavy bathroom door. Told me I have nothing broken and must go to work next day. Subsequent good service at Houston Methodist hospital and then another urgent care place and Dr Bloome at Texas orthopedic hospital proved I have 2 fractures and a sprained tendon. Your staff had me leave and provided no paperwork for me. My daughter had to go back in to get that. Paperwork said they had used an ace bandage, which they had not. Back she went to confront them. They then simply provided a new ace bandage and said to use it next day. It was a horrible unfeeling experience. I would NEVER tell anybody to go there.

The lady was in the front office was nice, the nurse and the dr. were just rude and unpleasant. I have a hearing problem and coyld not understand the dr, she didnt ask if I have any other complaint she was just there to do a covid test. Very disappointed. My dad died this week and because I could not understand the dr, I chose the test that will take longer. I wont get the results back in time to attend the funeral.

Everytime I come with an appointment I have to wait a crazy amount of time. I went to get covid tested today and waited an hour and 15 minutes. And by the time I got in, it took less than 5 minutes to get me out of the door. They’re very nice, but it took so long I couldn’t go back to work because it took my entire lunch break. I had to take a half day. No one go if you have anything to do that day. Crazy wait times and this wasn’t the first time. Last time I waited 50 minutes.

Bad experience with Nextcare urgent Care. I had appointment at 1:30 to have a COVID test, waited until 4pm and decided to cancel because they didn’t even know when was my turn, the receptionist seems careless and all she answered was “we are behind the schedule” even though there was only one person before me.

Had an appointment and still waited 2 hours. One staff was apologetic for the wait time but it didn’t seem like the others cared. I hadn’t eaten dinner and left my nursing baby at home...because of COVID precautions. Didn’t get home until nearly 3.5 hours after I had left. Didn’t even get the test I originally was asking to get because it was “only out of curiosity” but in reality my concerns are also towards the patients that I personally see and how I am able to fully direct my care towards them. I never intend to get a Covid test just for fun so if I come back, it is only out of necessity. I have a PCP and urgent care closer to home.
