The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

The lady who toke my son’s blood pressure and temperature was very nice and caring. The nurse practitioner lady was not so nice. Started off saying she couldn’t do anything and a test would not matter and that I need to go to the pediatrician. Very upset I waisted my time and money to be pushed off to the pediatrician that I can’t see because they are closed.

Too much of wait time and heard the same feedbacks from others as well. Front desk staffs are not that friendly.. It might be easier if they mentioned about the online checkin process in advance when they call to check tha availability for the first time patients and this will avoid hours and hours of sitting/waiting over there for first time patients like me.

Have bronchitis that morphed into pneumonia. I was sent to ER for additional testing and now I will be in the hospital 2-3 days to get iv help I need to recover. Another urgent care in Albuquerque dismissed me and prescribed cough pearls which did nothing. Nextcare listened and gave me the help I needed.

Wasn't too thrilled with my experience at this urgent care. Spent a mere 3 minutes with the provider, who quickly diagnosed me with laryngitis without running any tests. Not being tested for COVID, the flu, or strep leaves me feeling uneasy, especially with chest pressure, body aches, a low fever and excessive coughing. It seemed like they were in a rush to close by 4 PM. Additionally, the front desk sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, despite me providing the correct one in my paperwork beforehand. Thankfully I noticed before leaving but even after that they still sent 1 RX to the WRONG pharmacy. I felt like an inconvenience throughout the visit & like they didn't care. 10/10 do NOT recommended.

I came in with concerns of my skin on my forehead and scalp dryness. I asked the provider, Lisa, a nurse practitioner, to be prescribed some medication to treat my skin and did not get any form of medication provided. I came in a month before to visit and was given medication for it and the condition came back a week after. I am afraid of it getting progressively worse over time and had expressed my concerns for it.

Went there for a walk-in and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an appointment. The person who looked at me said there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing they could do besides give me pain relief. Come to find out I had a raging infection that they over looked and didn’t give me antibiotics for. Needless to say I will not be going back there for the antibiotics.

I had fallen and hit my right hip and low back shifted. I went in on Sunday morning to be seen. Even though I had an appointment for later they changed it to right then. The front desk , PA .and doctor were nice. There wasn’t any mix up with my meds that were sent to Walmart and were there when I got there.  I must say this the lobby needs updating and floors and chairs replaced due to wear and tear.  The lobby is dated and dreary looking. The blinds need replacing and signage needs to be grouped better. Overall I will go back if I need care again.

Was scheduled at 5:30pm, I had been sick for 4-5 days didn’t know why I wasn’t getting better so I guess the time I went in was a little bit before it was closing so they took me in checking my vitals. The nurse was kind of rushing and a little rude if I didn’t answer the questions precisely sorry I didn’t go to nursing school or anything. How to take three swab test at the same time it was pretty uncomfortable. When I would ask something or say, something made me feel kind of dumb. The doctor was OK. She seemed kind of rushy as well. Just did like normal vital checks, but didn’t really seem to be into why I was sick for so long and wasn’t really listening to what I had to say so she just wrote me prescriptions. It just didn’t seem like they generally cared about me as their patient so I don’t think I’ll be returning there.

Came in to have my scalp looked at to make sure it’s not a fungal infection. No swab tests. The is got a bit snappy up at some point when I didn’t understand his question. He said I should see a specialist if I have further issues. He ended up prescribing an over-the-counter shampoo. I could’ve just went to the drugstore and gotten that myself. Not very helpful, but they love to bill insurance for that.

The provider that saw me was completely incompetent and did not even test for anything. I was coughing severely, very congested and had a hard time talking due to the irritation in my throat. I received two antibiotics and no testing was completed. The staff was amazing but during my check up I was misdiagnosed and had to go to another urgent care two days later and was thoroughly checked and was diagnosed with Flu and had developed bronchitis.  This could have been caught by the provider at NextCare, but wasn’t. Would not recommend this clinic at all.

The practitioner that saw me was quick to dismiss my issue as something minor. The following day I went to my actual doctor who said it was exactly what I suggested to the practitioner and what other doctors who I had explained my symptoms to had stated it might be. Also the location at which I was experiencing severe pain should have been a referral to ER versus a minor issue.

I understand that many urgent care centers are limited with what they can do, but surely a provider is capable of writing referrals for services. Was given a corticosteroid shot, which worked for about 10 minutes. Should have had an MRI done to find out just how bad and deep my pain was.

This place is a joke. I was told I had strep. I was worse. Front desk wanted $35 for a copay. The Doctor was my issue. He came in for about a minute. Asked me several times how long I had been taking the other medication, and then order different meds and then asked if I had questions. I had to ask him to examine me. He looked in my sinuses, and rotated my head with his hand. Not sure what that dies. He did not listen to my lungs or check anything else. It appeared that he did not want to be there. I gave them $35. They better not ask for anymore.. I also had to ask him if I should go to work tomorrow. Not professional. Please seek your care somewhere else.

I have been dealing with ear pain and dizziness. This morning I woke up with loss of hearing on one side. I explained that I was experiencing those symptoms along with ear pain and dizziness. Was hoping to get a prescription to help ease my pain. Left with nothing but a paper saying if I experience all the symptoms I’m already experiencing to seek immediate care. I was there for exactly those symptoms and got nothing. Just a big bill and no help.

I have had a cough for a week now, talking has become a challenge due to constantly having coughing attacks, and decided to get it checked out. The receptionist is fabulous and made the process quick and easy. How ever while I was in the room the doctor came in and checked me out she offered to give me a shot to help with my cough. I asked if it was in the arm and she said no that it would be in the butt and I said no. (Fear of needles) trying to explain but my cough was so bad that I couldn’t talk. She then said “Well your cough must not be that bad if you don’t want a shot in your butt) while I’m still coughing. I was nice the rest of the visit but felt like my concerns weren’t taken serious and felt very judged because I wouldn’t take the shot. Doctors should NEVER act like this.
