Then been dealing with a sore throat sinus congestion upper respiratory congestion. Walked in was able to get checked in immediately and within about 20 minutes I was seen the staff was exceptional very kind very patient very caring about what was wrong with me, they treated me like I was their only patient of the day exceptional staff above and beyond will definitely be using this as my Urgent Care. Thank you very much for your kindness all the staff. I would recommend this urgent care in East Nashville

The doc gave me the tools I need to go forward. I am very grateful. I was extremely belligerent and would like to apologize for that. For some reason I do that when I am scared. Wasn't feeling good for 3 days. On third night decided to schedule an appointment at Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care in Gallatin. Did all of the process that evening for Saturday morning, arrived 30 minutes early, and was taken right in, after checking in and paying my co-pay. Doctor was humorous but knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

This was the only place that had a person answering the phone to help me w info, except the ER, where I really didn't want to go. I have no insurance. Urgent team was reasonably priced. Because I made my appt online, using Solv, I was in and out in one HR. I only waited a couple min to be called back. Not bad for HAVING to be seen before the weekend. With Sinusitis I wouldn't have survived the weekend. The assistant and Dr listened to me and diagnosed my needs. They were professional and knowledgeable. Even suggested where to get my Rx filled for less. I recommend this clinic. They took good care of me in a timely, professional manner. Thank you ladies! * Be sure and register online ahead. I came last night to my appointment. They were extremely competent, friendly and on time. I came here two years ago and was attended to in the same manner. I will definitely come here when I can’t get into my family physician. My husband is here this morning with the same issues. Sinusitis /bronchitis. The bedside manner from both the PA and physician was very professional and compassionate. We have Urgent Care clinic s in Lenoir City but I come to and recommend this facility above all others.

1st time patient here. Been sick, struggled to find a location that could get a vivid rapid test within less than 6 hrs. They had an opening that was almost perfect for my travel time. Booked it. Girlfriend wanted tested too, they saw her as well. Staff was very good, felt like we made friends when we left. NP/Doc was very professional and explained things exceptionally well, also provided scripts for possible (likely but unconfirmed) flu/sinus infection. Great experience altogether. I walked in without an appointment for a Covid test ( I had read that this was possible) and was seen immediately. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and the facility was clean and pleasant. Thankfully, I tested negative but did have sinus and cough issues so the NP checked me and wrote a prescription, this was unexpected and very appreciated! I'm from Texas and developed cold/flu symptoms and feared it might be a Covid Delta variant breakthrough. I was able to get a same day appointment for a rapid Covid test. It wasn't COVID-19, but was a sinus infection and autoimmune response that caused swelling in my face and throat. Got a steroid shot and Rx for antibiotic. All of the staff was friendly and efficient. I wish we had a Physician's Care Clinic where I live!

Just went for a lingering sinus infection. The staff was so kind & helpful for my 1st visit. James, PA was thorough & fast. In & out in 20 min. As a longtime ICU RN, I was very thankful for the service they provided me when I couldn’t get into my PCP for another 2 weeks. I couldn’t get in to see my PCP and had waited over the weekend to get an appointment. Was feeling really bad with allergies and sinus infection. Was in and out very quickly with antibiotics. I thought I had a sinus infection, they tested me for Covid as I had been exposed last week. I tested positive in their facility.
