Struggled through the night with issues with my right eye, was able to book an appointment for early that morning. Staff was helpful when I arrived, fairly quick visit. Care was top notch, options were offered, which is greatly appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this provider.

I went because my son has a sinus infection & a cough allergy meds & otc cough meds not working but I didn’t get any Rx for only told to get Flonase that doesn’t clear up infections so he still has yellow thick snot still congested & still has a cough

My first time coming. The entire team was absolutely GREAT!!! Things I didn’t understand were explained to me. Triage nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both great and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this particular facility to people.

The  np on call was wonderful and caring. Wait time was not bad at all. Bedside manner was great.

Had an ongoing respiratory problem and stopped by without an appointment.  Quick checkin and saw a nurse.  Doctor examined me and got a shot and a prescription.  Thanks.

I was able to book an appointment the same day within 2hrs. There wasn't a long wait time upon my arrival. The staff was professional and my nurse Champagne was very welcoming. She made it a pleasure to visit and was very informative of my services. I would definitely choose this location for any future needs! My provider was also just as great.

We waited 1.5 hours just to be seen.   We arrived on time for our appointment that we had booked online. We were told that booking online ahead would put you in front of walk in’s.  We weren’t very happy with the long wait. The whole thing took a total of two hours. I feel like it shouldn’t allow multiple people to book for the same time frame. We definitely weren’tput ahead of anyone. The whole waiting room was seen before us except for the person that came in after us. I went up to the desk twice to check on the situation and even though she said we should be seen after 3 people went back (scheduled appts) we were not, so this proves that walk ins are seen in the order they come in and appointments made online do not trump walk ins. We were, however, satisfied with the physicist we saw , and the quality of the care given at the visit, so in the end that matters most to me!  I hope they can fix this system though and or stick to the policy that they tell you is in place that online appts are seen before Walk ins.

Couldn’t sleep due pains in my feet and extremely annoying itching to my feet and ankles. After nurse practitioner looked me over, prescribed meds - which were ready at the pharmacy when I left Urgent Care - once I started to take meds as prescribed I feel so much better. Pains gone and itching has lessened. Thank you to Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care staff.  Highly recommend them!
