If I could give the bedside manner a 10 I would!

Everything was great. The staff was excellent.

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

This is my go to place when I get sick! Quick in and out and staff is wonderful!

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

I've been dealing with some pain in my right calf for quite some time so I decided to schedule an appointment to see what they would have to say. I was in and out within an hour and the doctor on duty provide me with a good explanation what I was dealing with. Was glad I had this.

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! This place was very helpful!  I will definitely return.  All staff was pleasant, informative and professional.  Better than the primary care doctor’s place.

My daughter had a broken blood vessel in her eye and was scared. They got her right in and calmed her down. Very good service and nice 👍

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal
