Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The staff was well knowledgeable and caring. I appreciated their swift action for my visit possible solutions to my problem.

Scheduling and check-in was a smooth transition. Friendly staff members created a pleasant atmosphere as well as the care given. I would highly recommend this provider services!

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Was not pleased with the small prescription dosage that doctor gave me still have pain. I will not return to this facility again

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

This place was very helpful!  I will definitely return.  All staff was pleasant, informative and professional.  Better than the primary care doctor’s place.

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.
