From the two people at the front desk to the nurse and nurse practitioner everyone was extreamly friendly and helpful. There was hardly any wait time. I really appreciate being able to schedule your time to come in, with two toddlers that is extreamly helpful. Hoping you all keep that in place! Thank you for the great care.

My daughter was complaining of a sore throat. Her throat was really red. I was about to make a appointment for her to be seen within the next hour. We walked in and was called to go back immediately. Everyone was so nice and gentle with my daughter. I feel like we were in and out in 30 minutes. My daughter woke up this morning feeling great! Kids med has diffently been a life saver for my family since my 21 year old was little. Thank you all so much for what you do for us!!! ❤️

I drove up and the parking lot was completely full. My thoughts were that there would be a long wait. Walked in and only a few people in the waiting room. I was checked in within 5 mnutes of my arrival. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The doctor came in within 5 minutes of my being put into a patient area. The doctor (whose name I do not remember and I have thrown away all paperwork) was extremely nice. He reminds me of the doctors that people remark, "He has such a good bedside manner." First impressions with patients really do matter. And he gave a very good first impression. He was professionally and friendly and an excellent communicator. He provided an ancedote on what I was experiencing. That really helped. I have been to this Patient First before and have taken a good friend there. Each time has been a good experience. The staff are nice and each doctor that I have seen is friendly and able to diagnosis the problem. I like this Patient First better than my Primary Care Physician and have even inquired as to using them as my PCP. I was in and out within 30 minutes and recommend them highly.
