Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins.  Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now.  Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare

Came in because of a suspected sinus infection. Staff were professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning, and was seen relatively quickly. Muriel really helped me out. Brie was quick and efficient. Danyel I saw very briefly, but was helpful. Thanks, y'all.
