I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

I was happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.And got the help I needed.

My son had toe injury; the provider and MA took a good care of him, they took x ray, offered special sandals, and did open referral provider said it is fractured but let’s wait for the x ray report and we will call you. I got home MA called me indicating there is NO fracture! But for a reason I know something was wrong so I took him to Seattle Children Hospital and the specialist told me it is fractured and they did tape it to the wrong side which caused him a pain for whole night. Error like this can cause a lot medical problems; and this is not professional.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Came in because of a suspected sinus infection. Staff were professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning, and was seen relatively quickly. Muriel really helped me out. Brie was quick and efficient. Danyel I saw very briefly, but was helpful. Thanks, y'all.

Saturday morning all appointments were full but staff put me on waiting list and sent me home so that is didn’t have to sit in waiting room for hours. Really appreciate the text, telling me when a spot was open. Staff and care was great, thank you.

I it was awesome. I always feel taken great care of and all that can be done is done for me while I’m there.  Such a great place to go to where all your needs are met.  Thank You 💯

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Very good customer service and care with the patient! 10 out of 10 for the staff, ambient and building as a whole!
