Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins.  Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now.  Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare

Recently, I stepped on a rusty nail and immediately my family and I looked up and found the MultiCare clinic near Aurora. The office staff and medical professionals were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I have not had any better service at any other place and have had quite a few medical mishaps!  (: I would absolutely recommend this provider to strangers as well as family members.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

My son had toe injury; the provider and MA took a good care of him, they took x ray, offered special sandals, and did open referral provider said it is fractured but let’s wait for the x ray report and we will call you. I got home MA called me indicating there is NO fracture! But for a reason I know something was wrong so I took him to Seattle Children Hospital and the specialist told me it is fractured and they did tape it to the wrong side which caused him a pain for whole night. Error like this can cause a lot medical problems; and this is not professional.

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

I LOVED my first visit with Dr.Sarah Phillips.She is an amazing and sweet person to get along with especially for myself as a new patient.I will recommend her to any of my friends and families.The whole staff in the clinic along with the receptionist are tremendously amazing.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.
