Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

I was able to schedule my appt. next day and get in very quickly amd efficiently.

Scheduling was a piece of cake, when scheduling through Solv. It was also pretty easy once I arrived to check in. Staff were great no complaints. (Besides the nurse who asked my daughter if she wanted a snack, then come the end of the appointment and he still had not come through with the snack for my daughter.) All good I saw the snack desk on way out and grabbed what he had offered my daughter prior. The doctor was great. Polite and friendly with very gentle and patient demeanor when came to attending to my daughter.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Recommend designated providers for appointments & separate providers for walk-ins.  Appointments are rarely on time , & because they bump walk-ins, the walk ins keep waiting & waiting & waiting - I’ve been twice to indigo in the last month & both times waited over 2 hours . It’s not a good system the way it is now.  Or have appointments only at select locations, but both at the same place is a nightmare

Saturday morning all appointments were full but staff put me on waiting list and sent me home so that is didn’t have to sit in waiting room for hours. Really appreciate the text, telling me when a spot was open. Staff and care was great, thank you.

Came in because of a suspected sinus infection. Staff were professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning, and was seen relatively quickly. Muriel really helped me out. Brie was quick and efficient. Danyel I saw very briefly, but was helpful. Thanks, y'all.
