This was a Covid PCR test as we transit outside the US on vacation. My only real comment is you need to get rid of the pdf version of the new patient info form. Doing that yesterday, then having to transcribe the info, was inconvenient as anything.

Due to Covid, my regular internist is only doing televisits, which is completely understandable, but sometimes a patient HAS to be examined. This urgent care has quickly, compassionately and thoroughly treated my son and I. I won’t even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Lucy and Autumn were the absolute epitome of professionalism and all the Hippocratic Oath stands for.

From now on I will ONLY go Ascension Urgent Care. The staff, Drs, and nurses go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and give the best medical advise. Not once did I feel judged and they truly do care. I will bring my kids and family without a question. Ad an older pregnant mom, they were so helpful. Above and beyond any other clinic and ER. Now if I were to set up an outpatient urgent Care clinic, it would be modeled after this one. The reason is simple. The people who staff this particular clinic. From the receptionist, our nurse and nurse practitioner, the professionalism, care, and attitudes were so positive. Every question my wife and I asked were answered. For those of you going into a business which serves the public, it’s not the pretty building or location, it is the service you receive, like we received today.

I was unwell during the night. I contacted Ascension Urgent Care on line, was able to book an appointment early. The staff was kind and helped me sign in. The Assistant who took my vitals was efficient and plesant. Dr Babasayday NP, who treated me , was very skilled and knowledgable. She explained the procedure and what to expect; she also discussed the progress I might expect. She is very good with people and their health.

The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

Best walk in clinic i know of these days after other clinics have regressed in their service making you wait and wait with no updates on when you will be seen. Ascention St. Thomas Urgent Care impressed me with 15 mins in and out thru registration, triage, doctor assessment, and shot for poison ivy. My prescription was handled as well. Earlier in the year, the same clinic tested me for RSV when others would not. Good thing. I was positive! Another quick and efficient walk in procedure for that. Cudos to the entire team there! Keep up the good work.

The PA, Doctor Conn, had a very recognizably thorough, knowledgeable & kind ‘on-target’ approach with our 10 year old grandson who was quite sick. Went to urgent care walk in with a bad cold, hard to breath and aches and everyone was very nice and helpful. Left with prescriptions called into the drug store of my choice with instructions of what to do if I wasn’t better in 36 to 48 hours. They also made sure I had someone with me. These ladies were wonderful
