We were both sick on New Year’s Day. Lots of sick people, and no one wants to go to the ER. My sore throat was bad enough for me to worry about strep. Our regular urgent care facility was closed without any announcement. We stopped at two other facilities and saw long lines and hopeless faces. When I walked into your facility, it was crowded, as was the parking lot. Nevada, the receptionist, was friendly and unperturbed. She told us we could fill out papers in our car. When I asked about the wait, she said 3 hours, but somehow I believed your facility was worth the wait. We went home close by, checked in twice, and then Nevada told us to come in. We were in the lobby a short while, sat in the exam room a while, met a nice nurse, got tested for strep, met Cindy the Nurse Practitioner, got happy results, and went home. Keep up the good work. Do whatever you need to do to keep such cheerful staff on a holiday!

Come in late in the evening, was told it would be a 2 hour wait. (Not unexpected for an urgent care in the winter.) In and out in 1hr 15 mins! Great care, fast, friendly.

I didn't have to wait as long as I expected to. Nurse practitioner was very nice and knowledgeable. I would likely go back here or recommend it if I needed another urgent care clinic.

In and out very quickly. Staff was very nice and friendly. I walked in and barely had to wait. The only weird thing was the billing; they apparently go through a third party vendor so they call you a few days later and take the money from you at that point. Everything was great though. They actually listened to what was wrong and didn't blow me off even when all my tests were negative.

Went in to get a PCR test for travel. Walked in the lady up front was amazing, explained very thing to me and get me in for a test. The person who performed the test was also amazing. Explained everything to me and was very efficient. I would recommend ***x over.

Went for covid test and to speak to someone about a drug reaction that has not completely resolved after 4 days. Nurse practitioner was very competent and asked many questions about drug interactions. Did a through exam and gave covid test. Got prescription for medrol to help body through reaction problem Pleased with hr demeanor and thorough questioning of my issues. Very pleased!

My first time coming. The entire team was absolutely GREAT!!! Things I didn’t understand were explained to me. Triage nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both great and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this particular facility to people.
