Needed Covid19 test for return to work. Pete was great Administrating the test and Dr. Haun(sp) has the best bedside experience. Definitely would recommend Avon location.

The PA had little interest in me. I felt like cattle. My symptoms were not addressed, told to go buy some OTC meds. I’m a nurse, I have an infection and possible UTI. Not even talked about. Shame on this PA. I ended up having my md (Dr Hiti take care of all this). I would never come to this urgent care again.

Experience was very confusing. Began by contacting my personal doctor with COVID 19 concerns. Doctors office directed me to the UH building in Avon Ohio *** Healthway drive for a COVID test. Did not specify not to use the drive up line. Found out not to go there. Contacted doctors office again and didn’t get a call back. Proceeded to the UH urgent care and checked in. Took COVID test and awaiting results. Set up follow my health chart but can’t seem to be able to attach my pcp or other frequently used UH facilities.

Very professional and friendly staff!! Melanic checked me in and was super kind! Heather made sure she got all my information and so friendly! Shawn the PA was very thorough and made sure I had meds to take care my illness and understood what they were for. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Every staff member I came into contact with went above and beyond to make me feel more at ease about my visit. The check-in nurse was so nice and funny. She was also very prompt. I didn’t catch my nurse’s name, but he administered my COVID test and told jokes to make me more comfortable. I loved him. The doctor who saw me, Brooke Hohn, was PHENOMENAL. She was so relatable and made my experience great. She was so easy to talk to. Thank you UH for making my visit as painless and stress-free as possible.

I was having a COVID test and did not have a doctor's order. I went through UrgiCare and received great care. The wait was over an hour, but was reasonable since there were a few people ahead of me. The nurse was attentive and working efficiently. The doctor had great bedside manor and performed a thorough examination.

Everything was great. I made an appt. for a Covid test because O had Covid sx. The sign for drive up should have said if you don't have an order you need to come inside. I sat outside for 20 minutes and then I was told to come. Just kind of defeats the purpose of you are trying to keep Covid outside. Otherwise, was a good experience

The physician that took care of my daughter was outstanding probably the best ER/urgent care doctor I have ever experienced, and I am a nurse. She was beyond thorough, took her time with us, answered every single question, was compassionate and made both my daughter and I feel so much better after leaving. We brought her in, she may have covid, And I can't tell you what it meant to us to have a physician like that take care of her. Extraordinary. your nurse and receptionist also were very very kind. Truly the best urgent care experience I've probably ever had.

My main issues is that they asked where to send my prescription and the paperwork had the wrong location and asked them to change it and they still sent it to a different wrong location. I had to travel to two places to get my meds
