We are ages 73 & 78 & didn’t feel well. We didn’t know what to expect & was uncomfortable in our new situation, unfamiliar environment, possibility of contact with really sick folks. We had been exposed 7 days earlier to a confirmed Covid positive neighbor. It only took a minute or two - for the receptionist to put us at ease. Respectful, friendly, clearly overqualified for the position. We had done the paperwork on line, a little challenging for us “OG’s” (old guy & old gal) the medical assistant was equally as GREAT! Then the Dr. came in continuing the wonderful care & attention he detail & was so gracious. Never been to this facility or any on Christmas Eve. Of course they were swamped with all manner of health issues & took it in gracious stride. Carole & Irv ❤️🙏🏻🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏻 Insurance paid the $500 for testing.

A friendly, “we’ll be with you in just a moment”, since they were on the phones…it’s nice to be acknowledged…place is clean and the set up is sooo comfortable…I was a walk-in…filled out forms on my phone, talk about convenient! I got in quickly to see the Dr. I would definitely recommend coming to Indigo Urgent Care!

We had one of the best experiences we have ever had here! Friendly staff, very clean, nurse and Dr were both extremely kind and informative. I ended up asking if they had primary care there, it was that good! They do not🤣 But this is my favorite urgent care clinic ever! Highly recommend! Thank you staff at Marysville Indigo!

Everyone was friendly and got me in fast. Dean Ngo was who I saw and he was amazing.actually cared about what I had to say. I have a severe sinus infection and it was the first time I was ever given the option to do a culture to find out the exact bacteria to get the right antibiotic. That is the way it is supposed be. I had to share this because it seems hard to find drs or np etc that take the time to listen, do a thorough exam and care anymore.

This was my first time visit. The initial check in only took a short time and about 20 minutes to be seen . Both the assistant and the RN were very professional explaining all the various tests they were running. They were careful to check to ensure that my insurance would cover the rapid test. Everything was lovely! The nurse was great; super friendly and very careful when testing. Hardly felt the stick up my nose. The doctor went above and beyond considering I was only there for a covid test. Even the receptionist was wonderful! The only suggestion I have is that when you send the text to check in online you should mention that you can go on inside and don't need to wait in your car. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a call that never came. The receptionist didn't even know I had checked in. So who was that check in for anyway? Otherwise, great experience and you'll get more business from me.

Super friendly, helpful, competent. Great staff, great business. My son needed a covid test, helped get tested and logged in to see results. Ended up hitting some roadblocks to logging in but Halimo never gave up and went out of the way to please. Really, she put so much effort into helping me and didn’t give up until she figured out the issue. Thank you Halimo!

Scheduling the night before was very simple and I could get an appointment for whatever time worked.. had upper back pain for 6 days alls alls the provider did was poke around on my back and prescribe muscle relaxers that aren’t even hitting the pain and irritation. After visit summery notes say may require further work up and testing but they cannot be evaluated in the urgent care… okay? What is urgent care for then? Because I wasn’t even offered an xray, didn’t listen to my breathing, none of it. What was the actual point of them giving muscle relaxers if they don’t even know what the cause was 🤦‍♀️

Made an appointment, they were able to get me in early. NP Wendy was great. She listened to my issues, made her diagnosis and prescribed medication. 24 hours later I feel so much better. I highly recommend the Lake Stevens Indigo office

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Mill Creek - 800 164th St SE, Mill Creek

My son had toe injury; the provider and MA took a good care of him, they took x ray, offered special sandals, and did open referral provider said it is fractured but let’s wait for the x ray report and we will call you. I got home MA called me indicating there is NO fracture! But for a reason I know something was wrong so I took him to Seattle Children Hospital and the specialist told me it is fractured and they did tape it to the wrong side which caused him a pain for whole night. Error like this can cause a lot medical problems; and this is not professional.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important. Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Recently, I stepped on a rusty nail and immediately my family and I looked up and found the MultiCare clinic near Aurora. The office staff and medical professionals were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I have not had any better service at any other place and have had quite a few medical mishaps! (: I would absolutely recommend this provider to strangers as well as family members.
