I was a walk in on the first day open after New Years - the clinic was slammed with Covid testing. I checked in and went home to receive a text to come back six hours later. I understand why the delay and was happy to go home rather than sit and wait. Interactions were all positive and professional. I recommend.

My experience was pretty good. The nursing staff and doctors were lovely. The front office Consierge was super focused on the paper work side of the house that she got short with me whenI asked her what I thought was a relevant question. I don’t think she meant to be short but when a person is not feeling well, the mantra from the providers should be “people first”. What happened was that because of my symptoms, I qualified for a rapid test. She told me that I would receive my results within 24 hours. I curiously said to her “I thought this was a rapid test” and she impatiently said: “there are a lot of people ahead of you”. I felt the comment sting a bit and pushed back by saying “you did not have to be rude/short”. She then went on to explain that the Poulsbo branch only has one testing machine. Once that was explained to me, it made sense. My point is. Is that slowing down, offering eye contact, and kindly explaining that information up front would have saved me from asking what, to her, appeared to be a dumb question. It made me feel stupid - especially because there were other guests in the lobby. I am pretty certain that the other guests standing there would have liked an answer to my question. To be fair, she was really efficient and I think she was doing a good job and her best. I am merely sharing this as “coaching & learning” opportunity - as a Consierge, she is the window to your company. What the patient sees, hears, and feels at the front desk is as powerful as the care they receive behind a closed door. The young lady that helped me has it mostly right - it would help her to always remember that each person that walks through that door has a story and, they may not know Indigo’s story. It is her job to educate and put the patients at ease. Even so, I would recommend the clinic. I realize that everyone is under a lot of stress. Thank you all for your support and help today with me and my girls.

I broke my leg and tried to get services in several other clinics but was turned away. This clinic gave me an appt on the same day I called. All the staff was friendly, polite, and professional. They were a bit busy but good at managing walk-ins, super urgent, and appts. I highly recommend them for true urgent care needs.

I was a walk-in, so of course there was going to be a wait time, but the staff was very up-front about that, and friendly! My care was excellent, and it was a relief to feel heard by everyone. I don’t have insurance, so the pricing was extremely reasonable! Really appreciate this place, and I’d definitely recommend anyone needing urgent care to go to Indigo!

I am so impressed with this Urgent Care! The check in was easy and the patient care coordinator was warm and friendly. My wait time was short, the nursing staff was very attentive and Dr. Bethel was excellent. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

Walk in wait time was good (~45 min). Was able to wait in the car and receive a text when a room was ready.

I had an online appt. Within an hour it was responded to and I had my diagnosis. Recommend COVID Test. Clear explanation and directions. Arrived at Indigo to get test there was a line of 8 people. The receptionist at the desk was very professional, cheerful and moved thru the line quickly. All the people were waiting and despite being sick and standing in line everyone was kind and helpful to each other. Once I was helped I waited 10 min. Received my COVID Test from a cheerful and professional medical asst. A great experience considering the challenging times we are all in. Thank you for being there and giving such great care to the community.

Aside from a 2.5 hr wait time, check in staff was attentive & quick, nurse was warm & friendly. Staff were accommodating to person who accompanied the injured person & care was expert! Great x-rays & great doctor! Doc was thorough, concise & lighthearted at the same time. Quite pleasant! A great experience. A grade above where we wouldve normally gone - Ridgetops urgent care in Silverdale! So, thank you!

Made appointment for 10 am. Was not placed in a room until 10:40 am. Not seen until about 11:15 am. Not bad considering it was urgent care. Dr care was outstanding. Friendly, good bedside manner. Support staff was also top notch. Location in Poulsbo was very clean. Odd that we are allowed to wait in the waiting area and not in our cars.

The only negative was waiting for my covid test results it should have been registered in hours but wasent and every time I called no one would help me , it's a scary thing and then it have to wait so long for the results is horriable.

The staff at the Poulsbo location were very friendly & personable while being absolute professionals. I'm very pleased with my experience here and will recommend friends & family to come here for urgent care when needed.

This my first and only decent Urgent Care experience so far. The staff members were very nice and helpful even when they were busy. The clinic was in pristine condition. Overall, this facility deserves awards for their outstanding customer service and cleanliness.

I made the appointment with Terry and he performed the Covid test on my son. My son has autism and Terry was very good with him. I really appreciated that. The wait time to see the provider after the test was performed was a bit long.
