I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

Booking online was super helpful, but not really useful on the customer end, however, it did warn me that I was not booking an appointment, but rather reserving my spot in a long line. I still waited almost an hour before we were seen. Our doctor and nurses were very friendly and accommodating for my sick, scared and anxious 7 year old. Our doctor was knowledgeable, empathetic and kind towards both of us. She asked questions that were pertinent and able to be answered by my 7 year old. Dhe never used "medical" terms that went over my head, and always asked if if understood. That doctor made me feel much better walking out of the visit. (I wish I remembered her name 😫) The actual location was very clean and kid (and covid!) friendly. I have and will continue to recommend this pediatric urgent care facility to any and everyone I can. -jules alvarado

Brought my son in today for a Covid test and everyone in the office was very nice and polite. Will definitely be returning for any future emergencies/illness. Wait time was not bad at all and check in from my phone was really easy.

The wait with a pre-booked appointment was a little under an hour. I thought that was pretty wonderful considering we’re in the middle of a spike in pediatric Covid. The waiting room was nice, with kids movies playing. Staff was kind, nurses gentle, and the doctor knowledgeable.

We had an appt at 340. We were seen after an hour and fifteen min of waiting. But as soon as we were taken to a room it was a very quick process. The doctors and nurses are always so great. And the lady that checks you in is so great. I heard her have some difficult conversations with not so nice people over the phone and she was calm the whole entire time. Although the wait time with an appt could be better I also understand there are so many kids dealing with COVID and they have a few doctors and they are trying their best.

I love this place! It’s a comfort knowing that if my daughter gets sick or injured, outside of her pediatrician’s hours, we can zip into Little Spurs. The staff is friendly and they do a great job!

Fast and efficient care. Didn't have to wait long at any point. I don't think we waited longer than 5 min. between triage, getting checked by doctor, and the nurse follow up. Online check was also easy. Cost was correct. Will recommend to other parents.
