I went in for a Covid test my original appointment was at 6:30 they were able to take me early at 2:15 Staff was very friendly and polite

Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

Gena, the Medical Assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful -- and kind! Dr Gotleb was great-- quickly diagnosed problem and sent medication to my pharmacy! Thank you🌸

First time visit, very impressive!

Decided take our daughter here after a couple of days of what we thought was just a cold with no improvement. Scheduling was very easy online, check in was quick and everyone we worked with was very friendly. Testing my daughter for what she could possibly have was quick and easy. We've been here before and really happy that they haven't lost their touch. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to the doctor I saw. He recognized that the antibiotic I was on was not appropriate for someone with Mono. Since making that change and adding a steriod, my condition has improved immensely in the span of a day.

Stat Med in Pleasant Hill is a hidden gem… it’s easy to make an online same day appointment the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Connie is the best… She makes you feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to, she is patient and listens to your concerns. I’ve been to Stat Med and Pleasant Hill several  times because I’m confident they’ll take good care of me.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.
