Walked in without an appointment and was seen within twenty minutes.  Great staff and excellent facility.  Greatly impressed.

My husband had a nasty chest cough, we walked into NextCare without an appointment and were welcomed immediately and filled out forms. After a short wait we met with a friendly woman who took vitals and medical history, then met with PA Joel who offered a speedy diagnosis and treatment. Joel's manner was caring and his experience was evident. We were very pleased and will use this urgent care again when needed.

The system was down which put a stop to checking in. Otherwise it was a fine experience

I’ve been plagued with allergies this spring and have been struggling with breathing due to my asthma. My prescribed medications were not helping me. My general physician is booked out for 2 weeks, but I was able to see a Dr. within 24 hours here. She diagnosed my condition, switched out the meds for a new type, and I have been breathing freely since!!!! Thank you!!!

The scheduling and wait time was fine. My complaint is with the doctor I saw. I went in for a dry cough, cold sweats, nausea and dizziness. Immediately tested for Covid and flu. Both were negative. So the doctor started guessing what it could be. She told me it could be anything from valley fever to bronchitis to tuberculosis to possibly even nicotine withdrawals since I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Tuberculosis or nicotine withdrawals is a crazy diagnosis. If it was TB, she should have been way more concerned. I will not be going back here.

I made an appointment and filled the paperwork on line, however still ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours. Physician and staff were very nice.

Wait time is worst, it takes around 2-3 hrs. After doctor came and performed some initial diagnosis, she ordered swab test for strep throat, however, nurse didn’t come until I went out and asked for it. Later, after doing swab test my son started feeling shortness of breath, indicating swab test was not done properly.

My visit to Gateway Urgent Care in Gilbert was great. I scheduled online and my wait was short. Kristeena was wonderful. She was pleasant and caring and explained my diagnosis and medications to me. I would certainly go again and recommend to anyone.

Dr was real nice real thorough but the front office could care less. All they do is sit around talk to each other. My paperwork was done and I still sitting there not very happy with the front office girls

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

I’ve been to both, Scottdale and now Phoenix. Both do a great job of addressing any physical issues I’ve had. Highly recommended!!
